Job Description:

We are Global Leader in Enterprise Data Protection and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managers (Individual Contributor) to sell state of the art Enterprise Class Security Solutions . In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment with world-class systems engineers, customers, and cutting-edge data security technology on a daily basis.  We are in high growth mode and we are looking expand our world class sales team as we approach our 2012 fiscal year.

Essential Responsibilities:
·Work with the Pre-Sales Teams and customers to provide world class solutions to complex business requirements and issues.
·Employ a Strategic Selling approach to secure new customers and continue to drive new technology solutions within the existing customer base.

·Advise customers on Data and Information Security best practices using product suite and strategic solutions.

Requirements:
·Eight plus years in enterprise software sales with a solid performance and stable track record. Adequate understanding of Data Security and Encryption is a plus. Successful sales track record selling Enterprise Security Solutions is required.

·Demonstrated ability to identify key business drivers and present solutions that resolve complex security problems.
·Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
·Effective oral, writing, and presentation skills.
·Highly motivated “Hunter Mentality” with a proven ability to drive “New Account Business”.
·Exceptional organization, time management skills and multi-tasking skills.

·Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment while driving results.
·Moderate travel may be required.

·College degree required.
