We are Global Leader in Enterprise Security Solutions and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Training.  In this position you will be responsible for both designing training methodologies as well as conducting the training itself. The Trainer would collaborate closely with company subject matter experts to offer optimal training services for new products. This includes instructional design, development, and delivery of materials, following best practices in Sales & SE learning.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years in sales training or related experience.
• Sales methodology training.
• Experience in e-learning industry.
• Experience conducting classroom-based customer training for a software or application service provider.
• Experience building engaging, interactive training for live and online delivery.
• High level of computer skills and experience with authoring tools.
• Experience with products a plus.
• Cost/benefit analysis skills.
• English Usage and Editing skills.
• Learning design and development skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and meet deadlines.
