We are the leading global provider of Enterprise Content (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) technologies. We are seeking a Vice President of BPM Sales who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenues in existing and new accounts. The Regional Sales team will sell into new and existing accounts, utilizing a consultative sales approach and our portfolio of software and services. The VP – BPM Sales must become an expert in a variety of technology and business oriented value propositions, and be able to use a consultative sales approach to align our value propositions with the customer and align resources to close new business and ensure success of each implementation.
Essential Job Functions
•Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenues within existing accounts and expand the account base in target markets
•Effectively and accurately managing forecasting and pipeline reporting related to revenue, client acquisition, etc
•Coaching and mentoring regional sales managers with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
•Working with marketing, product management, sales engineers, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies
•Developing executive level relationships with clients and partners to advance individual opportunities and client relationships
•Pursuing and closing opportunities with enterprise and government customers
Education and Experience
•BA/BS degree and familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required
•Eight plus years experience successfully managing a Sales team selling within enterprise solutions industry
•The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the Software Industry.
•Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding a $12M – 15M team quota and have achieved premium sales “club” recognition
•Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
•Exceptional sales background in the ECM, Case Management, or BPM space
•Basic understanding of BPMS, SOA, B2B and EAI Technology and marketplace
•Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to think and act strategically
•Proven ability to lead a cross functional team and lead through influence
•Demonstrated understanding of market disciplines, competitive landscape and current technologies
•Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
