We are a leading provider of Enterprise Application Integration and BPM software Solutions. We are currently seeking a talented, aggressive and highly-motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue in the Midwest sales region. This person is responsible for a team of seven individual contributors and three other support personnel. A minimum of six years in sales management experience directing individual contributors is required. If you are an over-achiever, are driven by new business success, and you’ve got what it takes to lead an enterprise sales process in a team environment, then we want to speak with you. This position will report to the VP of North American Sales.
The position will principally drive the business to ensure its successful growth and achievement of business goals. This will be achieved through the coordinated execution of the North American business plan. One of the RVP’s major goals will be to grow the license, new maintenance and services business.
The successful candidate will continue to drive the business strategy, to identify and penetrate new market opportunities within North America for the Midwest region, and build its sales activities. A background in selling multi-product solutions is critical. The RSM must have a “hands on” approach and be able to generate high value deals through establishing and leveraging CXO relationships. This will be accomplished by selling solutions to installed base customers as well as acquiring new customers. The RSM will have very high visibility within North America through collaboration with experts, Finance and support teams.
The sales model is comprised of direct enterprise and inside sales activity. This RVP will have overall responsibility for all aspects of sales in the geography.
