Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Account Manager to sell state of the art Virtualization and Application Delivery solutions within our Public Sector vertical. In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment with world-class systems engineers, customers, and cutting-edge Enterprise Class Software Solutions on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Successfully drive revenue and over achieve via both a direct and channel model.
• Work with the Pre-Sales Teams and customers to provide world class solutions to complex business requirements and issues.
• Employ a Strategic Selling approach to secure new customers and continue to drive new technology solutions within the existing customer base.
• Advise customers on Virtualization and Application Delivery best practices using product suite and strategic solutions.

Requirements:

• 10 plus years in enterprise software sales with a solid performance and stable track record. Experience selling into State and Local Government, Education, and Municipalities is required.
• Experience selling virtualization, network management, or security solutions are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify key business drivers and present solutions that resolve complex network problems.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Effective oral, writing, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated “Hunter Mentality”.
• Exceptional organization, time management skills and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment while driving results.
• Moderate travel may be required.
• College Degree Required.
